1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and b5bmw ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the b5bmw online gaming platform located at https://b5bmw.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access gaming services on the b5bmw Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You agree to provide the following mandatory information:

• Valid date of birth
• Complete residential address in the Philippines
• Valid email address that you actively monitor

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. 2.3 Account Limitations

Each person is permitted to maintain only one (1) b5bmw account. Creation of multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of bonuses, circumvention of account restrictions, or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b5bmw employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately closed
• All pending bets may be voided
• All bonuses and winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be forfeited
• Deposits may be returned at b5bmw's sole discretion after deduction of administrative fees
• The original account may also be subject to closure depending on the circumstances

3. Account Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your b5bmw account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity or money laundering. You acknowledge that b5bmw is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and may request documentation evidencing the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

3.3 Payment Processing

All deposit transactions are processed securely through encrypted channels. While b5bmw strives to credit deposits instantly, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond our control. b5bmw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor are your sole responsibility.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once your withdrawal request is approved and your account is fully verified, b5bmw aims to process withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within 10 minutes during business hours, and bank transfers within 1-2 business days. Processing times may be longer during weekends, Philippine public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. b5bmw is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking system issues.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All players must adhere to the spirit of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b5bmw Platform:

• Use of any software, bot, or automated system to play games or place bets
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilit ies or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Irregular betting patterns designed to guarantee profits or minimize risk
• Money laundering or any financial crime facilitated through the Platform
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or b5bmw staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software

b5bmw employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Violations will result in account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.

6.2 Game Outcomes and RTP

All casino games on the b5bmw Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent auditing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by b5bmw or any player. 7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by b5bmw

b5bmw reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Failure to complete verification requirements within reasonable time
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or irregular betting activity
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Evidence of money laundering or other financial crimes
• Underage gambling attempt
• Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, all pending bets may be voided, bonus balances forfeited, and funds held pending investigation. b5bmw may deduct any losses, chargebacks, or costs incurred as a result of the breach before returning remaining genuine deposits at its sole discretion.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, b5bmw offers self-exclusion tools allowing you to voluntarily close your account for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or receive marketing communications. 7.3 Voluntary Closure

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, data compilations, and other materials available on the b5bmw Platform are the exclusive property of b5bmw or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The b5bmw name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from b5bmw. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b5bmw, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game outcomes
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from Platform use
• Interruption or cessation of Platform availability
• Bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Platform

In no event shall b5bmw's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your b5bmw account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through b5bmw's internal complaints procedure. You must submit a written complaint to our Customer Support team detailing the nature of your dispute. b5bmw will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and b5bmw regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by b5bmw of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by b5bmw to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without b5bmw's prior written consent. b5bmw may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations to any third party without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

11.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or discrepancy.
